“I did not order or need glucose needed ketone sticks so not happy! The first two strips in the package read my ketone level the rest are glucose. So back to the expense ketone I guess or a more affordable meter!”

“I am new to a Keto diet. I am doing it for health reasons. This meter is perfect for me to track both my glucose and ketone levels. I have learned so much about what foods work and which do not. I learned I need to eat a lot more fat when my glucose reading is high and my ketones reading is too low. I am very thin with a 4% visceral fat and my liver goes into gluconeogenesis when the dietary fat is low. Without the meter I would never know what my metabolism is doing. Also, I like the ability to switch between GKI and DBR readings. Perfect meter for my needs.”
