I’ve been through a box of bad strips before. A few boxes ago. Just seems like quality control isn’t good. In order to get replacements you have to jump through a bunch of hoops which I understand but why don’t you just improve QC!?
Anyway. Not worth the hassle and lack of confidence in the accuracy to help me control my blood sugar and insulin. My health is very important to me. That’s why I spent the money to get the keto mojo in the first place.”

“So far I have not been happy. I am type 2 so I need accuracy. I contacted them about it comparing it to my other Monitor as Mojo is reading me way to high. Sent them photos of my readings. They said that my strips Lot number was deemed faulty so they sent me new strips. With the new strips I have seen No difference. I am getting tired of poking my fingers comparing both monitors. I believe my Mojo meter is the problem. My other meter is Very close to my Doctors readings. I feel Mojo is not standing behind their products or they would either recalibrate my monitor or replace it.”
