“Love the Ketomojo, but make sure you get lots of ketone strips on your first order because it's takes a few days to get the hang of how and when to test. For instance, I just wasn't drawing enough blood from where I pricked so I wasted a couple strips a few times I tested because the machine is unforgiving when just a drop of blood, but not enough falls on the strip. And time of day - better results in the afternoon. If you test in the morning, it may ruin your head game for the day. I think it's called the 'dawn effect' Anyways, love the machine, just don't love wasting strips.”
