“I am almost through half my box of the trial strips package and have yet to get a reading outside of the error message. I have my strips filled to the brim per the instructions with my blood but still keep getting an error message. So far I am really not impressed with Keto Mojo and wish I could just return my starter kit if it's not going to give me any readings. I can't tell where I am in ketosis or if I am even there yet. Sigh. Very disappointed.”

The E-F error means can mean that the strip did not get enough blood in it to give you an accurate reading.
E-F is a fill error and in your review you mentioned that you filled the strips to the brim. Since we are not sure what you are doing it is very hard to help troubleshoot. A fill error can be too much blood also or if blood is applied before the strip is put into the meter.

Testing your blood at home is not particularly user-friendly, and it does take practice. Many people that learn how to use these meters are being taught in a doctor's office. Ordering them online makes it a bit more tricky. We created a series of great instruction videos and have one that is solely dedicated to getting good blood flow.
While we know the how-to videos help most users to understand the testing protocol, they don't work for everyone.

“Very disappointed in the bluetooth unit! I tried over 1 hour to sync with the app. Nothing worked. Based on most reviews, syncing is the problem. As far as the kit goes, it is as described. I feel that Keto-Mojo would do their customers a favor and address all of the customer feedback.”
“I already had the previous version with the Bluetooth adaptor but I really wanted the ease of the integrated Bluetooth. I gave my previous meter to my husband for occasional use and I'm using the integrated one now twice a day. Its so much easier and quicker! Even if you already have an older one, I still recommend you splurge a little and get the one with integrated Bluetooth!”
