It’s so good to be able to use this wonderful, easy to use, easy to read little device to get a true handle on the level of Ketosis and so tweak your diet accordingly. It really is a neat little machine, watch the videos and setting up is easy. I still managed to put the first stick in the wrong way round but that was totally my mistake! Once I had it figured out, it’s perfect. I don’t feel the need to test constantly (not as cheap of course as urine stix!) but definitely reassuring to keep tabs on my ketone levels on occasion.
