“Fantastic device, top support! The support team really answers queries via the chat box in the site (I only had one query and got an answer I was looking for in 15 minutes or so.). It is easy to setup and use, the video tutorials are really good and straight to the point. We almost bought a second one because my wife and I are sharing it and I was going to send a suggestion to add profiles in the meter so that we would not need to think about who's reading is this, but after playing with the app on the phone, we found a functionality that allows us to keep track of our own readings in our respective devices, by hiding the data from the other when we sync the meter with our phones. We bought the bundle with the Keto kickstart guide, which is really well written and easy to read, lots of good information there for those wanting to follow the keto diet.”

“The individual packaging is not very practical. The glucose test no longer gives hematocrit and hemoglobin, that is very disappointing. I also had to buy a new ketomojo for Europe, because I am unable to get the US test strips over here. So all in all an unnecessary expense.”
