“Very easy to use . I have only been using it for 1 week but figures displayed seem coherent
The website contains a lot of usefully explanations and videos”
“Dear Keto Mojo Support Team,
In an email dated 30 July 23:05, you asked me whether I was satisfied.
I already submitted a support enquiry about a week ago. Here is the content again with the request for an answer.
1. i am absolutely satisfied. I switched from Go-Keto to Keto-Mojo and find the device, the corresponding app and the My Mojo Health portal absolutely brilliant. In my opinion, your website is also the most informative on the entire web.
And I've really done a lot of research.
2 I have no criticism, but one suggestion that I personally think is important. This concerns the graphics.
The keto value is shown in the graphs with the highest value at the top and the lowest value at the bottom. I think this is correct. If the ketosis value rises it is good and the curve goes up, if it falls it is bad and the curve goes down.
With the GKI and glucose value, however, it is the other way round. The lower the values, the better and the higher the values, the worse.
It should therefore be possible to display these two values ‘inverted’. In other words, the high values at the bottom of the graph and the low values at the top. Then the curve values behave in parallel, good values at the top or better values ascending, bad values at the bottom or curve descending.
Please let me know if your programmers are able to implement this.
If there are people who want to have the values displayed divergently, you can make an option field so that the user can decide for himself how he wants the values to be displayed.
Thank you very much
Bert Beisl”
