“I took the offer of the intro bundle. I have been doing Keto since Feb this year and now haveing done a few extended fasts one of 30 days (it was great). Having the kit I can fine-tune and find out what gives me a spike. Very easy to use and understand the charts and graphs so a big thumbs up. NB: If anyone reading this has droughts about doing keto I have lost over 6st from the 1st feb GO FOR IT”
