“I'm enjoying this little gadget. It helps me see how I react to foods etc that are keto-friendly but may still cause me a spike in blood glucose or knock me out of ketosis. I think it's a great tool for those who potentially would need this for a major disease like cancer or diabetes that are aiming to help their conditions in a positive way as well as those using it to stay in good health or avoid disease that the modern western diets seem to cause us.”

“Love my new routine on keto with this tool. I've been on keto for years now with many ups and downs. After a longer detox fasting period I started from scratch and the ketone meter has become my ultimate helper to stay on track. It is so so motivating! It also gives me the best insight into how glucose spikes work. I learned about my metabolic flexibility and how sleep deprivation is killing the whole healing process even if I eat 0 carbs! It helped me to reduce my blood glucose and now I am about to slowly climb up the ketone scale. The only thing I miss is a fasting period tracker to be connected with all the great statistics, charts etc. Also the individually wrapped test strips are really hard to open :/, need to cut them with scissors which I carry with me in the kit. So that's why it is 4 happy stars and not 5. But I LOVE LOVE the ketone meter in combination with the app.”
