I have found it informative, although the results so far are disappointing (after several weeks’ fasting I am not as close to ketosis as I would expect). As a borderline Type 2 Diabetic it is also good to see ones sugars slowly coming down due to lowering ones carbs input. Die app ist super, in der kann man auch den Glukose Wert von mmol auf mg/ dl umstellen
Etwas nervig ist , das die App manchmal Schwierigkeiten hat sich zu öffnen.
Ansonsten freu ich mich das ich mit meinen ketonwerten zeitweise kurz vor therapeutischen Werten bin.
