“I like the meter and system. I do not like the fact that I cannot delete readings from the meter or the app. Sometimes a reading is potentially “bad” for a variety of reasons and I don’t want it part of my lasting data. I also think your strips are ridiculously expensive. I am dreading the day I run out of the kit supply and have to fork out yet another $100. for strips. As a company I’m sure you’re hoping I am hooked for life on the strips but, you’ll only get one round of additional strips at the current price after I deplete the kit supply.”
“Very cheap meter compared to others on the market. The finger pricker is a joke. Don’t considerate it part of the purchase because you will need to buy another. Wasted several EXPENSIVE strips due to not being able to get enough blood, and pricking my finger over and over and over. I am experienced using several other glucose checkers, so my case is not an example of misuse. Contacting customer service and was very nicely dismissed. Told me that the lancing device was just a freebie and they do not manufacture it. So basically they know it’s a piece of junk. Why sell things that you dismiss and don’t stand behind? Asked to be able to return it, was told no basically. Big waste of my money. I had faith in this, because several people I follow on Instagram swear by it. I was thoroughly let down. Won’t ever purchase again. Have a new ketone meter on the way! Should have done a bit more research, but took people I follows advice. Also forgot to mention the most important reason why I am upset about this: I get several different numbers back to back, so also pretty inaccurate! Doubt this will even be posted,”

“While it tests quickly when it wants to work, I am dissatisfied with the way it gives readings/ error messages that cause me to waste another test strip & have to poke myself yet again, despite carefully settliing up & being extremely consistent in how I conduct my tests.
I am seriously considering returning this item. The fact your Heads up health is a paid subscription after the first 30 days & that it doesn’t connect to the tracking app I use are all additional reasons for my dissatisfaction.
