The unit records test data, however I would recommend the Bluetooth adapter, as this is a good way to store a record of your results on an other device, which can then be added to tracking apps. “The kit is well thought out and the videos are very helpful to quickly get up and running. However, I have yet to be able to draw a usable blood sample using the lancet device. Seven attempts were carried out on the first two fingers and the thumb to try an extract enough to be drawn in by the strips.
The only saving grace was a pre-existing wound on my forearm which I removed the scab from in order to have enough blood for the strips.”
