One of the things that sold me was the Keto-Mojo website and all of the helpful instruction videos they have. I was able to walk through the process easily to get my first reading. I've been using it for about 2 months now, and all of the pieces in my kit work perfectly. I recommend getting the full kit with both ketone and glucose strips. Having all that information (at a very reasonable cost) has been invaluable to my progress on a ketogenic (and recently carnivorous) diet! I got to this diet by intuition but I love having actual data to observe trends and micro-improvenents. I also really like that the meter saves your readings so if you forget to record them (I keep a spreadsheet) you can look back and see.
