“After several other officers in the department started the Keto diet, I decided to jump on the Keto bandwagon to make a healthier lifestyle change. I started the Keto diet on July 1, 2018. I didn't get the Keto flu like some others, but also didn't see the results like the others had had. I'm older than the other officers on the Keto diet, so that may play a factor.

My only issue is that some of the strips, particularly the ketone, occasionally give an error (previously used strip). I cant seem to figure out what I did wrong; frustrating when those little things are so expensive. “Great quality (the vials to store the strips in especially). This has been a breeze from the start. The depth settings on the lancer are my favorite part - unlike at my doctor where my finger is sore for a long time, with this one I can set it on the 2nd lowest depth, and then I can’t feel it right after it’s been pricked. (Has 6 different depth levels) Really helps with the mental part of sticking to a new eating method, as you can see the numbers at a glance - you don’t have to wonder whether your eating plan is working or not.
