“The product is very good. However, I had an unpleasant experience during the purchase of this product. I bought it in a conference. When I went to buy the product, the employee ignored me. I was right in front of her, within inches. When the next customer came, she was eager to help. The customer politely indicated that I was there first. Only after that, did the employee help me. However, she did not apologize or provide any explanation for ignoring me or not seeing me. I am an Asian woman and the other customer is a white man. This may or may not be the reason for her differential treatment of her customers. Nevertheless, it reflected badly on the company and left a bad taste in my mouth. I am giving 5 stars because the product is good and because I do not want to penalize the technical people who worked hard to develop and improve this product.”
