“My test strips would not work in my new meter, I followed the internet instructions to a T. My best friend brought hers over, we put my key code and strip in hers snd it read LO. Ssme as they did on mine, then we took her ley code and strip and used in my meter, worked like a charm!. I got ahold of your service dept and they were very cordial and able to assist me. She is sending me new strips and I will send the bad ones back. If strips were working this purchase would have been 5 вђпёЏ”
“Great product. I bought 'The Ketonian Pro, Founders Club Kit. Everything works well but trying to keep it all in one kit is very hard to do. Not enough room in the little zippered bag. Would have liked to see a hard cased little box with some more room for the money I paid.”
