“I was looking for a monitor for both glucose and Ketones. I was doing a lot of research when I found this product and had many questions. Using their website 'chat' feature, I was able to get all of my questions answered in a very informative and helpful manner. I purchased the Keto Mojo monitor and extra glucose sticks. It shipped and arrived quickly but I was missing the glucose strips. I simply replied to the confirmation email and informed them that the sticks were missing and within a couple of hours I received a reply and then moments later the confirmation email saying that a new order of glucose sticks were in the mail. I sure wish more companies still had customer service like this. I have not used my Koto Mojo monitor yet, but will provide feedback on the actual product after I do. At this time, based on all of my research, I am very optimistic.”
