“I've used Precision keto strips and had no problems and didn't need to have a code reset key. However, I recieved two keto strips contaniners adn all have a reading of E2 - expired code. I pugged in this key code and still - expired code. I can only assume that the strips that were sent to me are expired. can you please send me current strips or let me know if I'm doing something wrong to get that E2 reading I've fully read the instructions a few times and can't imagine what I'm missing -but love to hear your suggestions for making this meter work.
