“My monitor will not test my ketones, I’ve read all the instructions and when I put the blood on it. It does not count down and give me my number. I wrote in, but all they said was to put the strip in the monitor and then put the blood on it and that’s what I did and all it’s doing is staying on the screen with the strip code and the blinking water mark. Please help or I will just need to send it back for a refund. Thanks

“I am very satisfied with the purchase that I made the meter works very well and the online support videos of how to get an accurate reading are great. The only thing I could complain about is that with the bundle you do not get the control liquid for glucose or ketone readings and it wasn’t even offered as an up sell or maybe I missed that if it was.
