“I am extremely dissatisfied of the handling of this order. It was placed on 14 August but it was not shipped until 22 August (what happened in between??) and then it arrived in my holiday house on 25 August when I had already left and will not come back until April 2026… i complained to the customer service but the answer was very poor trying to justify that the shipment delays were still “within the terms and conditions “. Clearly, there was a problem in the handling of this order and it would be better to recognise it and reimburse the customer as any company would do in this case…..”
