“It is a great kit as a whole, the information is excellent with the app and good for when I am trying to understand how I can stay in therapeutic ketosis. I don’t buy the strips too often after I run out because they are quite expensive and I am also so aware of how much plastic waste as well, so I just use intermittently. They do help motivate to get into a better ketosis in my opinion.”
