“Fast shipping and I’m glad I was able to trade in my old meter but I like the old model better. The new one works fine but I don’t like that each test strip is individually wrapped and the button to eject the strip is awkward. It was easier to eject the strips when button was on the side.”
“I absolutely love it! It is so much easier to set up than my first non Bluetooth ketomojo meter. The new GK+ meter automatically pairs to your smartphone and sets it up and also computes your GKI without having to do the math. You can create a free MMH account that is so helpful to see and compare readings in the dashboard and save an unlimited number of readings in the cloud for free! I love that the MMH App allows you to type in notes such as what you ate so you can see how certain foods affect you if you test before a meal and 1-2 hours after. Returning my old non Bluetooth meter was so easy. Just removed the batteries and returned it in the postage paid envelope. And your customer support is fantastic! You answer all my questions in like about 5-7 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with my new GK+ meter and your new MMH app. Not to mention all the great recipes we can find on your keto mojo website. Thank you so much for making it easy to stay keto!”
“I really like the Keto Mojo meter but I hate trying to get open the test strips. So difficult . Each time you try t tear it, it opens differently and very hard to get the strip out. I like them in the little container better.”
“I received my new GK+ meter and wanted to quickly test it out. I turned it on and was greeted by a bunch of incomprehensible symbols and letters. I looked at the materials included with the meter and was greeted by half a dozen documents with print too small to read. I shouldn't have to struggle to understand how to use an electronic device in this day and age. The device itself should be discoverable and teach me how to use it. At the very least, there should be a simple quick start document, not a length manual. I'm very disappointed and not sure when I will feel like making the investment in slogging through the long documents.”
