“I live in Canada and have one of these keto mojo meters. And I thought the trade that applied to me in Canada. But it did not. So then when I came to the states to trade it up, I was no longer eligible. That’s what it was saying. But I contacted Customerservice, and they assured me it also replied to me as long as I mailed it back and return in the USA. And went back-and-forth with Customerservice a few times asking questions and clarifying. They were very helpful and assisted me promptly for each of my queries. The process I initiated worked quite a while. I appreciate the fact that you are given a discount to trade up. I’m happy with a process.”

“Traded up to the new Mojo meter kit. Arrived in less than a week. Better meter than old one and I love the app. Don't really like the individually wrapped strips...but I see they are more sterile that previous method. Getting back to the Keto regiment will be easier with this new meter.”

“I have been using the original meter since 2017. It worked perfectly its entire life. Then Keto-Mojo offered me the trade-up option. The new meter is so much better. The new GKI number is a great improvement. The price is excellent considering all the strips you get with the meter. “I had no idea I could trade up until I went to the website to get supplies. I hadn't used my meter for sometime so this was a very pleasant surprise. So far I have been very happy with the ease of use and results of the highly upgraded and improved model. It's also great to be aware of my glucose readings again. It's caused me to make an appointment with my primary care physician to have an A1c blood test done.”

“The meter is fine. The app however is junk. Won't sync after the first time so I need to keep removing and adding the device. Find someone who understands Bluetooth and fix this”

“Love the improvements to the GK+ meter over the original Keto-Mojo meter (which was an important device in improving my overall health). Having bluetooth capabilities and an app makes tracking so much easier. Returning the original meter was as easy as clean/reset/seal the envelop/get to mailbox. The only wish is that the strip packets were easier to open, or maybe there's an easier method not realized. Just so grateful there is a meter to help me manage my metabolism -- THANKS!”
