“Misleading measurements in the cover advertisement by Kettler and they expected me to pay to over £20+ to return and were very unhelpful and unwilling to accept that only a fuzzy dimension picture was acceptable, the dimensions were not in the written specifications so I assumed it would fit six seats and a smaller table. Very misleading and had the specifications of the table been listed I wouldn't have ordered and I now regret purchasing a very expensive, oversized cover which is useless and I will never buy a kettler product ever again due to their uncaring, unsympathetic customer services. An expensive lesson learnt. Be warned. They had my money then couldn't care less once I had an issue.”
