“Item not as advertised. Advertised item appears to have rusty accent colour. Item delivered is very mat grey colour. Heat from lamp is ok. Wont burn you and has little horizontal range wider than actual shade. Sit close to it and you should feel the benefit. I did contact customer service regarding colour of item. No reply yet in over 5 days. So suprised when i got email prompt to review item!!!!”

“Very poor. Lamp arrived in the wrong colour way and was damaged. Emailed to report and send pics - no reply. Would have purchased 8 for our pub had they been good but terrible customer service and condition”
