“This is 300g of pure spirulina powder in a decent sized glass jar, properly sealed and with a best-before date of January 2027, two years ahead. The powder is produced in China and there is a long description on the jar describing how it is produced and pure it is.With a supplement like spirulina, it’s really important to buy from a brand you trust. I have had many products from Kiki Health before so I’m reasonably happy with this and the Soil Association organic certification, which I have checked, is also reassuring.It’s a very dark green powder which mixes readily with water to produce a thick smooth paste, almost like a gel. It does not have a strong taste, just a slightly grassy flavour. It is suggested that you make a drink with this using either water or juice. It would add a very intense green colour (slightly less blue than in my pictures) to anything you mix it with.I have just started taking this and have not noticed any effects. I don’t expect to notice any obvious benefits as I am taking this to maintain good health; if I do notice anything, I will update this review.”
“A good quality product, I have been getting KIKI health stuff for a while now so am happy with the brand and trust them to supply organically sourced ingredients. I don't really like the taste of Spirulina so add it to my smoothies, and make my own capsules from the powder. Good value as per normal from KIKI Health.”
“I ordered the KIKI Health Organic Spirulina Powder. This is a darkened glass pot containing 200g of organic spirulina powder. This is a good organic company and I have ordered a few of their products now. All have the familiar darkened glass jars to keep the spices from being affected by the sunlight. Mine has a best before date of a year and a half from now so there is plenty of time to use it. You keep it in the cupboard and I just sprinkle a little bit over my dinner each day. I can recommend trying it.”
“I sprinkle this into my daily smoothie which I blend in my nutribullet so using a powdered form of spirulina for me is nice and convenient as I am already making the smoothie. I appreciate the fact that it clearly marked as being suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The 200g jar should last me some time. The quality seems excellent - overall very happy.”
