Frankly I prerer the KiKi HEalth version of Pysillium in capsules as mixing the poder into liquid is more time consuming. But powder or liquid this products contains organic components, is clear how the pysillium should be taken, a very trustworthy company whose products give excellent results.

I just couldn’t get a smooth result when I added this to my drinks, either warm or hot. It was frustrating and I almost chucked this in the bin. Then I realised I could probably make use of this in stews, soups, pasta sauces etc where I could blend this in using a stick blender for example. In the past I have used this when making cauliflower bread to help with crispiness. It has a mild mushroomy scent on it’s own and when mixed with water but it would be undetectable in cooking. I will persevere with this as I believe psyllium husk has great benefits.

This organic psyllium husk powder is a great addition to any diet if you’re looking to boost your fibre intake naturally. It mixes well with water or smoothies, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine. You’ll quickly notice the benefits for your digestion, and it can help maintain regularity. The taste is neutral, so it won’t overpower your drinks or food. Just be sure to drink plenty of water alongside it. Overall, a simple and effective way to improve your digestive health naturally.

I much prefer to add powder to a daily shake than take another tablet. 55 days supply for the money is excellent value. No obvious taste but I mix it with many other things like fruit in my morning shake - for this reason I use a blender and it fully mixes no problems

A large jar providing 55 servings, with the daily dose being one heaped teaspoon. The 275g jar at 55 servings means each serving is 5g of powder, and if my maths is right this provides 2.68g of fibre according to the nutritional information on the label, which isn’t really that much considering an adult should aim for around 30g per day total. A nice fine powder, so therefore is mixes into liquid well, I use a mini coffee frother to make sure it is all mixed in. It can also be added to food which is an even easier way of adding fibre to your diet. Organic and UK made, which I like. Not unpleasant in smell or taste.£20 when ordered, but currently £17 is quite high, but it is in a fancy jar with organic plastered over the front so maybe this will help it sell - you can get other similar products much cheaper that provide more fibre per dose.

If you need psyllium husks, Kiki Health delivers. This premium, Soil Association certified organic product comes in an attractive jar that lasts 55 days with a teaspoon daily. The powder mixes best when added slowly to a drink while whisking to avoid lumps. Lime cordial works well for taste, and the powder itself has minimal flavor. While it’s more expensive than non-organic options, the quality and effectiveness for digestive health make it worth it. Just be sure to mix it carefully.Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-quality psyllium husk supplement.

I can't speak about any health benefits because I'm not qualified to do so.What I can say is that my wife was a bit hesitant to start using this, but I convinced her to sprinkle some on her breakfast cereal (well known wheat biscuits). She told me that there's no taste so she's happy to continue taking this every morning with her breakfast. You can mix it into drinks like water and smoothies if you prefer, but she likes it sprinkled over her breakfast cereal and then milk poured on top. To be honest she doesn't even know it's there after she gives it a bit of a stir. Not sure what it would be like in a drink, but you're not meant to use all that much anyway so you'd probably not notice it.
