There are no problems with the quality of this product, its packaging or its presentation. The turmeric is certified organic and it comes in an amber glass bottle which blocks UV light, thus preserving the chemical integrity of the contents. So far so good. The reason I've docked a couple of stars is this: the product is overpriced. Wildly so. I know it's organic (as all wholefood supplements should be) and sustainably harvested and fairtrade and packaged in a non-toxic recyclable container, but the same can be said about the organic turmeric I habitually buy from Sevenhills Wholefoods. The RRP of this Kiki Health supplement is £9.95 for 150 g, which equates to £66.33 per kilo (at the time of writing this review, the Amazon price is down to £7.96, which equates to £53.06 per kilo, not, as erroneously claimed on the product page, £53,066.67 per kilo - the product is overpriced enough without making it seem even more so!). The Sevenhills organic turmeric I buy costs £9.99 for 500 g, which equates to £19.98 per kilo, meaning Kiki Health's turmeric is more than three times as expensive, gram for gram. (I've once bought a kilo of high-curcumin-count organic turmeric from Ausha - also premium quality, also fairtrade - and it cost only £13.95.) So there's the proof that Kiki Health's organic turmeric is way overpriced - the vast majority of what customers pay goes towards packaging and profit, not the product itself. One addition that could have somewhat justified the overinflated price would be piperine: a compound in black pepper, which has been shown to increase curcumin absorption by 2,000%. To consume a curcumin (turmeric) supplement without simultaneously taking some piperine is to massively miss out on getting the maximum possible benefit. Kiki Health should reformulate this supplement by adding some piperine from organic black pepper. To make it even better and further increase synergistic positive effects, some organic ginger root could also be added. That would result in a more bioavailable and beneficial supplement. It would also go some way towards justifying the inflated cost. Constructive criticism.

The potential benefits of turmeric are easily found online.this is a good brand and the product is organic, which is essential for concentrated product like this.the capsules are easy to swallow and leave very little after taste.the dark glass bottle should keep the contents fresh for longer.

Turmeric is best known for its anti-inflammatory properties although it also has other ways to promote good health. I take a capsule daily with my other supplements and this helps to keep my body healthy. This jar contains 150g of turmeric powder which can be added to foods such as cereal or smoothies or curries as an additional supplement. It looks to be high quality and is really good value at just under £8 for a jar which should last quite a long time.

I take a teaspoonful of turmeric every day and can honestly say I do feel the benefits of taking it, as this is a super food and this one in particular is fantastic as it is sustainably produced and it has a unique smell and taste, it is slightly darker than the turmeric you buy in the shops and it is much powerful as it is the curcumin which is most effective for health benefits. This company is based in the UK and produces this fantastic 150g bottle of turmeric, they have also reduced the price so it is definitely worth getting, I know some people will say it is still expensive at this price, but you are only taking a teaspoonful at a time, so it will last for ages, you can put this in cereals or milk or in your cooking, which is what I am also using this for.I am very happy to support a UK business who produce an ethically harvested product, it is also a product that has significant health benefits as well and the price is not, in my opinion, over the top, so I do recommend it and am happy to give it five stars.

I think this is good organic turmeric powder; comes in a dark-tinted glass jar, presumably for freshness and to avoid damage from sunlight (something I seldom ever see for ingredients like this which usually come packed in bags). Almost 2 years BB date on the bottle I received too, so I think it's really fresh and potent.

Amazing value for 150g and a great quality organic turmeric powder.I usually take capsules because I’m not a big fan of the flavour of turmeric but buying it as a powder is better value and I’ve started adding it to my smoothies in the morning, can hardly taste it and it adds a little zing to the fruit. It’s easy to add a teaspoon to a smoothie or herbal drink and a 150g will last quite a while.

Tumeric usually comes in a bag or a condiment dispenser so it’s funny to see it in a pill bottle. No issues, it’s tumeric

I ordered the KIKI Health Premium Organic Turmeric Powder. I have ordered other products from this company and they have been very good quality. This turmeric is no exception. It arrived in one of their distinctive pots which is made of darkened glass to protect the turmeric from light damage. Mine has a best before date of one year from now, so there is plenty of time to use it. The label on the pot is very informative and it says it contains 150 grams of turmeric and you store it in the cupboard. The turmeric itself is a lovely fine dark yellow powder that smells nice and earthy. I can definitely recommend this turmeric and this company and their products.
