“Good value and I think probably good quality too from the Kiki brand. Each capsule contains 380mg of chaga extract. However, how strong is the extract? All the labelling tell us is that it is 100% extract. So not very helpful. They ought to state what it is for comparison purposes. Feels effective. Would recommend.”

“These capsules are easy to swallow with a little sip of water. They only have a hint of an earthy flavour. I haven’t had any side effects, good or bad, that I’m aware of. Recommended dose is two capsules per day, which is quite expensive to me given I haven’t noticed a benefit, so I probably won’t continue with them.”
