These contain pure mushroom extract and no additives. The capsules are smaller than average, with no taste or after effects such as indigestion. I’ve had the daily serving of two capsules with meals. There are 60 capsules in the jar, so a months supply. The jar itself is a nice screw top made of glass. It conveys a sense of quality and is more easily recyclable than plastic. However, it’s bigger than it needs to be as it only has the 60 capsules and could easily accommodate 100. Mine arrived with an expiry date with fully two years left.”
