Standard capsule size with no fillers which is good. Two capsules a day provide 800mg but up to 4 capsules. The dose may seem low but these have a higher potency with 50% B-Glucan. The seller does have this in powder if you struggle with capsules.Too early to tell if its improving my immunity or energy levels, and as with any supplement its personal how well they work, but they have a lot of evidence to support the benefits claimed.
