“I find it hard to rate any product which claims to have health benefits, because so many factors (e.g. a person’s underlying health, any medication being taken, personal circumstances and psychological state) may influence the perceived and/or actual benefits of the product.Subject to that above qualification, I make the following observations about this product …I am aware that Reishi mushrooms are widely thought to have beneficial effects on one’s health and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accept that view. If nothing else, widening the consumption of plant products to one’s diet is generally regarded as beneficial to one’s gut microbiome, and that’s good enough for me. I particularly like the fact that this product is organic, vegetarian, and has no fillers of any kind. In summary, therefore, I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.”
“The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money considering the quality of the organic ingredients. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health.”
