“I've been using medicinal mushroom for a long time and although Shiitake may be one of the more common and more widely available mushrooms it still has many benefits in areas such as immune system support, cardiovascular health and cognitive performance. You get 60 standard capsules in a nicely designed jar and the daily recommended dosage is 2-4 capsules. At the lowest dosage this jar will last 1 month. Although taking shiitake has its benefits I’d personally gravitate to investing into Kikis multi mushroom blend which includes shiitake along 7 other mushrooms to incorporate more of the different benefits.”
