“I've been taking these Organic Psyllium Husks for a couple of weeks. They are meant to help with bowel movements.I won't go into detail on mine, but I've found they've perhaps encouraged a little too much.Despite taking them in the morning with breakfast, I've found myself waking in the night with a need to take a number 2.The tablets also make you very thirsty. The label recommends drinking lots of water if taking these, and it's absolutely the case.Tablets are slightly on the larger side, so not the easiest to swallow.Might work for some people, but perhaps not for me.”
