Oyster mushroom is no different, and this supplement offers a good dosage standardised to 50% polysaccharides. For the cost, this supplement is good value, and for once I agree with the dosage. It suggests 2-4 capsules per day, which is in line with clinical research, unlike most competing products which recommend an inadequate 1 capsule per day. That does, however, mean the jar will only last 15-30 days, making it somewhat expensive per day. It's difficult to say whether this supplement has helped or not, but it is a good quality supplement and at a reasonable dosage, so I expect it is continuing to maintain my immune functions.”
