“Oyster mushrooms (so-called because of their oyster-shaped caps) are another mushroom packed not only with beneficial compounds but an impressive array of important vitamins and minerals (quite a few, actually). There's even amino acids here. It’s also a mushroom with a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. Naturally, with such a nutrient-dense food like this it’s important to preserve as many of the elements as possible, which KIKI Health has done with these capsules. That 100% of the mushroom is derived from the fruiting bodies is a major plus, as is the technology used to preserve the bioavailability and potency of the compounds. The good extraction ratio is another advantage, as is the amber jar preventing oxidisation. Other than that, and similarly to other products of the range, this one is entirely natural with nothing added, organic, and free from preservatives and pesticides and the like.It may be argued that with the daily allowance being up to four capsules per day it's a little pricey for sixty capsules, but this is a quality product from a respected manufacturer, and considering it’s benefits and effectiveness, is actually good value and in line with what other manufacturers are charging for decent supplements. Also, it has to be remembered that cheaper products may not be as potent or offer the same benefits. Of course, four capsules per day is the upper limit and less may suffice, so the jar could easily last longer.Writing of which, the capsules are of standard size, easy to swallow and don’t have an aftertaste.I can’t see any reason not to consider this product, and plenty of reasons to consider it.”

“I’ve just started taking these Kiki Health organic oyster mushroom capsules. I’m taking them to help maintain good health and I don’t expect to notice any obvious changes before finishing the bottle, but I will update this review if I do.I opened up a capsule to taste the powder, and it’s quite a pleasant tasting rich flavour which I rather enjoyed.The capsules come in a medium sized bottle with a proper seal. Taking 2 to 4 capsules per day the bottle should last between 15 and 30 days. The best before date is September 2026, two years ahead.Kiki have appears to be a reputable company with a wide retail presence. The Soil Association certification is reassuring and I have checked it out.”
