“This organic reishi mushroom extract from Kiki health is very fine pale brown powder. It needs to be well diluted as it has a very bitter taste. I was able to drink it in half a mug of hot water and in that dilution it was OK, having just a slightly burnt taste. I also found that the taste seemed to be diluted much more easily with milk rather than water.I take supplements with the intention of maintaining good health, rather than curing anything, so I don’t expect to notice any particular effect from taking this. If I do notice anything, I will update this review.It comes in a medium-sized glass bottle and the suggested dose of half a teaspoon or 1g (per day?) means that the bottle should last around 50 days.
