I’m a really big fan of KIKI health. They are a superior quality supplement brand who I feel are innovative and have a really great focus on quality and provenance of ingredients. This Vitamin C supplement contains all natural ingredients. No binder, no fillers. I use them because I have a M.E and need anti-inflammatory support and Vitamin C is my one non negotiable that I HAVE to have every single day in an absorbable format. There is no noticeable 'boom' but I trust in the background that they are doing a good job. Trust is SOOOOO important for me when it comes to supplements as the source / provenance of ingredients is crucial. And KIKI health are a brand I have trusted for years.

Sourcing my daily dose of Vitamin C has been enjoyable with this supplement derived from the amla fruit, also known as Indian gooseberry. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and they fit perfectly into my morning routine before breakfast. One capsule already offers a solid boost, but on days when I need an extra pick-me-up, taking two still feels comfortable. One minor thing, though, is the quantity. With only 50 capsules in the bottle, taking two per day means it doesn’t even stretch to a full month. Nevertheless, they’re vegetarian and vegan-friendly, which suits our household perfectly. The quality feels excellent, given that they’re organic and plant-based - something I’m quite particular about. I take these not just for the immune boost but also for skin health and collagen production, crucial for my active lifestyle filled with hillwalking and fitness. A quality supplement, albeit with some quantity concerns.

Arriving in a compact amber glass screw topped bottle, there are 50 easy to swallow vegicaps - vegetarian-friendly - of this organic plant-based vitamin C supplement. High strength, the dosage is one or two capsules per day. At one a day, the pack would last for 50 days - a quantity which seems a little odd.

I got these tablets as states it helps with building up your immune system, I find myself sneezing and blowing my nose alot and these have made no difference to my symptoms, capsules are small, easy to swallow and taste of nothing, won't get again as too expensive and aren't doing anything for me.

I have been taking KIKI Health products for sometime now and they never seem to disappoint in regards to quality and value. They are all natural and organic which I totally love about them. I take Vitamin C for various reasons, and this is a good quality product using Vitamin C from Indian Gooseberries. The serving size is a little strange with these suggests 2 capsules a day but as you only get 50 in a pot you don't even get a solid months supply, or even a 2 months supply if taking 1 a day. But as these are fairly high dosage I don't think switching between 1 or 2 a day for a month makes much difference.Again another quality product from KIKI Health. Good value, great quality

100% organic amla extract - much better than industrially produced ascorbic acid, in my opinion, though it does cost more.2 capsules provides 450mg of vitamin C, and as there are only 50 capsules in the bottle, this is 25 days supply. The capsules are easy to swallow, supplied in a small dark glass bottle.

I always take vitamin C so I was keen to try these. They are capsules of a moderate size and quite easy to swallow, and I preferred that to the big chalky tablets high-dose Vitamin C tablets often are, as they can leave an odd taste in the mouth and can be harder to take. So that's a positive. However, these are very expensive. You only get 50 and they suggest you take 1 or 2 a day, so it's less than a months supply if you take two and 50 days if you take one - rather odd quantity - 60 tablets would at least a mean a round month or two months supply. The labelling is also odd. It says each capsule contains 450mg of vitamin C (again, odd quantity - most high-dose tablets are 500mg) but then under "nutrition information" it says a serving is 2 capsules which give you... 450mg again. So which is it? Is each capsule 450mg or 225mg?I don't know if the source of the vitamin C is superior, as they specify it as though it's a good thing but don't really provide any evidence or even claim it's better. So ultimately you're paying a lot of money for a below-average quantity of vitamin C (even if it is 450mg per capsule most makes give you 500mg) and contradictory labelling, which reduces my faith in the product if they can make such a basic labelling error.I've given them 2 stars for being easy to take with no aftertaste, but the other issues mean I wouldn't buy them again.
