Ideal for vegetarians and vegans. This vitamin c is derived from the amla fruit or Indian gooseberry .It is in capsule form and is easy to swallow but have knocked off a star because it seems a tad on the expensive side.

I've not come across this brand before, but I wouldn't say I'm particularly brand loyal when it comes to Vitamins & supplements as long as they are of decent quality.I'll start off by saying that some people may find the labelling on these a little confusing around the values for these capsules. The label says take 1 - 2 capsules a day with water, ideally 30min before food. Then it subsequently says “Serving Size 2 capsules (900mg)”.Further to the above, it then says typical values, for 2 capsules, Vitamin C 450mg/563%RI. If this is the typical value for 2 capsules, surely it should read 900mg & 1126%RI?The capsules are easy to swallow, vegetarian & vegan and the Vitamin C is derived from what is called the “Indian Gooseberry” - I had to look that one up.KIKI have quite a good website about there green policies, organic products, sustainability, etc. which is nice to see. It's always tricky to review vitamins & supplements, since benefits, if any, are usually not outwardly visible and may vary from person-to-person.The annual cost of these works out at just under £237.I hope you found this review and the photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading!

Great supplement to help the immune system. It's difficult to consume the right quantity from foods. This is where these supplements come in handy. The container has clear easy to read labelling. Capsules are reasonably sized and washes down easily enough with water. Easy on the digestive system, great way to boost the body https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/615aNL2Uv6L._SY88.jpg https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71o5c8uvyTL._SY88.jpg

Kiki Health products don't usually disappoint and this one is no exception from a quality point of view. The vitamin C is derived from Amla, otherwise known as Indian gooseberry. The recommended dose is 1 capsule once or twice per day ideally 30 minutes before meals. If you take the full 2 capsules dose it gives 563% of your daily recommended intake. This is where I find the quantities a bit strange. The bottle contains 50 capsules so at this rate won't even last a month. I'd have much preferred to see this as the almost universally standard quantity of a 30 day supply. This is my only gripe with them. On the plus side they are easy to swallow and come in vegetable based capsules so are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

I was rather hoping this would be in powder form so I can add it to food. But actually it’s in capsules

☑️ As described and as advertised.☑️ Well packaged and well presented.☑️ Clear and easy to understand dosage instructions, ingredients and other key information.☑️ Adequate security seal with heat seal under lid.☑️ Organic and vegan friendly.☑️ Easy to swallow and no unpleasant aftertaste.Whilst we are unable to provide any meaningful quantitative assessment as to any health benefits; we take vitamin C is these doses if we start to feel like we are coming down with colds etc.
