“I got this as it seemed like a more convenient way to boost my zinc levels than the tablets I was taking. Whenever possible I prefer to take things as liquid as I always feel it must be more bioavailable.I found this liquid concentrate very easy to mix with water or in some kind of juice. So it was an easy way of adding it into my daily health regime. I found the drops to be tasteless, and they had no aftertaste, which was good as it didn't have a negative impact on whatever it was that I was consuming. As I understand it, taking it in liquid form makes it quicker and easier to absorb and makes it more bioavailable, which has to be a good thing. The only negative that I could think of is using the dropper, which took me a little while to get used to, but it was no big deal. It would have been nicer if the dropper had clearer markings on it so as to be able to ensure getting the exact dose right.”
