“It works out to £1 per capsule which is pricey for a B complex supplement. I like to take B vitamins to support periods of mental fatigue, sluggishness and increase energy. Whilst these work on 4 seperate occasions if felt like when I swallowed the cap it was partially lodged in my throat”
“The KIKI Health Plant-Based Vitamin B Complex arrived in a small branded glass bottle. There are a range of vitamins included such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. I have used several Kiki Health products in the past and have always found them to be of a high quality. I like the fact that they are suitable for vegans. The capsules are a standard size and easy to swallow. There is no bitter taste or aftertaste. As with all supplements it is too early to comment on the efficacy of the product. Happy to recommend.”
“This premium-quality wholefood supplement contains no artificial ingredients. No sweeteners, bulking agents, flavourings, preservatives or other additives of any kind - just healthy ingredients encapsulated in a vege-cellulose shell. The B-vitamin dosage per capsule is high, but in the case of B vitamins that is desirable. There are two reasons for this: (1) the so-called RDA (recommended daily allowance) of B vitamins is far below the actual quantity required for optimal health (the same is true of the RDA of vitamin C); (2) B vitamins are water-soluble, so they can't be overdosed on - the human body takes as much of them as it needs then excretes any excess.This is the fourth nutritional supplement I've had from Kiki Health. “These multi-vitamin B complex capsules contain all the necessary B vitamins from plant based sources in an easy to swallow vegetable based capsule so are good for vegans and vegetarians. It's good to see that the levels of Niacin (B3) are not too high as doses over 50mg per day can have unwanted side effects for some people. The high level of Riboflavin (B2) can turn your pee yellow as the excess is excreted through your kidneys. This can be a shock if you are new to high dose B vitamin supplements but it is harmless. The jar contains 30 capsules to be taken 1 per day so essentially a one month supply.Overall these are a good quality easy to swallow vegan B complex vitamin supplement and at the current asking price of just over £20 per jar I think that they are reasonably priced for a high quality supplement.”

“The Vitamin B complex capsules come in a glass bottle. You get 30 capsules in this pack. If you go by the suggested dosage, it should last you for a month. I really like the fact that these tablets can be consumed by vegetarians. It has a very long expiry date. I have been prescribed Vitamin B and D due to low energy levels so was really good to start with these. I have had these for a few days now. Unfortunately, it’s too early to see any differences however, it looks promising.Couple of issues - the size of the capsule is big so it is sometimes difficult to swallow.
