“Not only are these large capsules hard to swallow so is the price! While they cover all the necessary B vitamins they are much more expensive than my normal brand and I cannot see why this would be the case. There is only a 30-day supply in the bottle at a dose of one capsule per day.Even if cost is not a consideration these capsules still have the issue of being on the large side. Owing to my overly active gag reflex they take some swallowing for me.”
“There's a slightly "earthy" aftertaste to these capsules. However, it's not unpleasant. The bottle is small, you only need to take one a day and around £23 for a one-month supply seems reasonable. Solid stuff”
“I’m very happy to try this vitamin B complex from Kiki health. I’m glad that the vitamins are derived from plants rather than synthetic sources and the company appears to be reputable with a wide retail presence. The capsules are a fairly standard size, just over 2 cm long, and they are easy to swallow. They are in a glass jar with a proper seal and a best before date of June 2026, so two years hence. The 30 capsules should last one month at the recommended dose of one per day.The vitamin content of the capsules is many times the recommended intake, but that is quite common with B vitamins and the result should simply be bright yellow urine to the extent that the vitamins are not used.I will be taking these with the aim of maintaining good health so I don’t expect to see any noticeable effect. If I do notice anything, I will update this review.”
