“This is a really convenient way of getting high quality pure electrolytes. The dosage is 30 drops which you can mix in water or other liquid to make a really hydrating drink. You get 25 servings per bottle. This is really handy when travelling as it is easy to use the dropper to mix with water on the go. The ingredients are pure with 6 essential minerals sourced naturally. The taste is subtle especially when mixed with water. I really like that it is pure with no other additives, providing a very absorbable formula to hydrate the body.”
“This electrolyte liquid replenishes essential minerals, making it easy for the body to absorb and restore balance. The formula features a blend of six minerals that support hydration and muscle function. It also includes chromium, which helps maintain healthy blood glucose levels, providing comprehensive support. The liquid is highly bioavailable, meaning it’s absorbed quickly without the need for digestion. It’s made from natural minerals and doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients, offering a clean and effective solution for staying hydrated and healthy. However, the price is on the higher side, which might make it less accessible for some people considering other alternatives at a lower cost.”
“KIKI Health - Ionic Electrolytes Liquid Concentrate Arrived as described. It’s a nice quality supplement but not the best taste. It’s easy to dispense with the glass pipette. It also comes with full instructions on how to use and when. It also has storage instructions which is helpful. The full ingredients is listed on the bottle for convenience which I appreciate.”
“This is an easy to take electrolyte supplement. I particularly like the addition of chromium as it is said to support blood glucose levels. The supplement is super easy to use as you simply add a few drops to your water. There is no strong taste and I find it easy to drink. Would get again as it’s a brand I’ve used before and trust.”
“Contrary to popular belief, water on its own is a poor hydrator and drinking too much dilutes and depletes your electrolyte levels which can lead to headaches, nausea and muscle cramps to name a few. Adding electrolytes into your daily hydration programme is a much better option and aids the absorption of water. This bottle of 6 types of electrolytes from respected manufacturer Kiki health is made from natural minerals with no added synthetic components and can help keep your electrolytes in balance. Looking at the quantities per serving it is clear that this is not aimed at athletes nor an acceptable replacement for good quality balanced electrolyte energy drinks for exercise where you will be sweating. The quantities provided are just too low for that use case. I think this is more targeted at sedentary people who just want a daily boost of electrolytes. For this purpose it seems to be a reasonable option although at the recommended dose of 2ml/30 drops per day the bottle will only last for 25 days which is a bit stingy. In use, you mix 2ml of this with 250ml of water, it has no discernible taste and because it is a liquid there is no messing around waiting for it to dissolve. A 2ml marking on the pipette glass would have been nice but there isn't one so messing around counting 30 drops it is then.Overall this is a good quality liquid electrolytes supplement from a reputable manufacturer.”
“I enjoy taking electrolyte supplements first thing in the morning to replenish lost electrolytes overnight.KIKI health is a brand that I’ve been using for awhile now may pay to cover a broad range of health supplements.”
“I like these drops in a brown tinted glass bottle. Although, I'm not a fan of the measurements due to none being stated on the glass dropper. which doesn't make it easy to get the correct 2ml (30ml) dosage into a 250ml glass of water or juice as I don't have a millilitres measuring tools to measure the dosage out properly. So I just add a few drops to 4 pints of distilled water. I've tried adding the whole 2ml to the 4 pints, and it was too much, making the water taste salty. So I should be adding more. The few drops that I add are enough. It's been a long time since I've been drinking mineralised water, and I haven't been taking this for more than 4 weeks. As I've just been getting it from other sources. I've not really noticed much difference yet, but I hope to feel my energy rising soon.”
