“Spermidine is supposed to be very good at removing dead cells, a process called autophagy. Likewise, it is supposed to slow down the ageing process. I took it for a month and did not feel any difference or notice any effect. The thing is there are no clinical trials that definitively state that this product will do these things and you will live longer and better. There are tons of products out there that claim to do this like Resveratrol NDM+ etc. I am undecided if they work or if they are worth the cost. So my verdict on this product bearing in mind I did not notice any effects and don't know of any clinically proven effects is that its well packaged but I cant verify the claims”

When I saw the Spermindine I was very keen to try it. The capsules are a standard size so are easy to swallow, they have a slight grassy taste but no unpleasant or bitter aftertaste. I was particularly interested in how it is suppose to enhance cellular autophagy and removes damaged components from cells, and also help with intermittent fasting and energy.I have to say though, I don't feel that much different. However having said that I am very fit and healthy already, so someone in lesser health might feel a more noticably change. Having said that results will vary per person of course.I know this will be doing my body some good in the background, so I am going to continue taking. The capsules are really easy to swallow, taking 1-2 per day. With 60 per glass bottle, this will be a 30-60 day supply depending on how many you take.”
