“The capsules are quite large but I still don't have any problem swallowing them. 60 in a jar means 2 months' supply, which is pretty good.As far as effectiveness is concerned I think it's very hard to say for sure and to be honest I can't say I've noticed any massive, immediate effect after a couple of weeks taking them. Resveratrol is not something I can say I definitely feel a benefit from taking (like most supplements). It is however one whose proposed benefits I am interested in. “I have used Kiki health once before and was pleased so I was keen to try their resveratrol as I already regularly take resveratrol.I like that this one is derived from giant knotweed which is good for many things including trans resveratrol. This contains 400mg of giant knotweed and 392mg is trans resveratrol.I notice when taking it my body including my organs relax and I am less stressed whilst still being able to focus and I have more clarity. I highly recommend them as from my experience it is from a top source and well sourced with more than just the resveratrol put into it. The body has to convert resveratrol to trans resveratrol to absorb it but in these it doesn’t as it is already trans, and I am also getting the benefits of giant knotweed. The price is good at the offer of £25.20 for 60 capsules. At full price I still think they may be worth it but whether I would want to pay extra for the extra benefits of it being organic and giant knotweed and from a brand I feel are one of the better brands I’m not sure.”
