“This is my third time purchasing the Himalayan shilajit. It is easy on the palate and I take it in the morning with warm water. A little goes a long way. Only a small, pea sized amount is needed. It comes with a nifty measuring tool/scoop, which makes it easy to take the correct amount of resin out of the jar. I notice a burst of energy straight after taking shilajit, which lasts through the day. I have given four stars due to it being on the expensive side compared to other brands.
