“I’ve never had anything like this before but, having read good things about Shilajit, I to decided to try it - I could do with more energy as a ‘midlifer’ with a parent and child to look after!First impressions - the glass pot is smaller than I expected. On opening, its contents look like black tar and has the consistency of thick, sticky, black tar!Only a tiny amount, 250mg, is needed per serving, once or twice a day, so the bottle will last 120 servings. I found it easiest to use the point of a knife to prise some out. It dissolves well with a little boiling water in a cup before adding coffee. I can’t taste or smell it drinking it like this.It’s too soon to say if it’s made a difference but I have high hopes - it’s a 100% natural product that’s safe and has been used for a very long time. It’s believed to help numerous health conditions.It is pricey but if it makes me feel more energetic I would buy it, and from Kiki Health, a UK company, that has been around for over 20 years and, as far as I can tell, has a good reputation for this type of product.
