“The MCT Oil came very nicely packaged. I am loving the natural energy I get when using it. I put it in my coffee, and sometimes in my breakfast bowls of cottage cheese or greek yogurt. I used another brand when I first began using MCT, but I discovered this brand when buying one of its other products. I figured I would give this one a try, and I'm glad I did because my feeling of energy lasts longer. I don't really use it for hunger suppression like many, so I can't comment on that. However, for a good overall feeling of energy and mental clarity -- this is it.”
