“This product has good ingredients and is a great price! You definitely want to ease yourself into this or your stomach will become very angry. My bottle unfortunately didn't come with a pump and was broken when I received it. I put what was left of it into a mason jar and I currently take a teaspoon a day.”

“UPDATE: Bumped this up from 2 to 5 stars since they actually listened to customer feedback and switched from PVC to glass bottles. My original review follows. I bought this because it was the best bang-for-the-buck C8 MCT Oil I could find at the time. The product may be fine but the packaging does not appear to be. The bottle looks and feels like a really cheap shampoo-style plastic bottle. The clear label with green-blue type is difficult to read. But the real problem is the bottle is made of #3 (PVC) plastic which is generally considered one of the more toxic forms. For this reason alone, I will be buying a different MCT oil with safer packaging next time. Also, to help clarify what seems to be some past confusion, the bottle I have states the ingredients are 99% C8 and 1% C10 derived from coconut and/or sustainable palm kernel oil.”
“Great price. Not thick or heavy and its also tasteless so can be added to just about anything. Great for keto shakes. And don't forget the pump makes it so easy to use.”
