“Been on the ketogenic diet for a while now and this is my favorite MCT Oil. I've tried a few others and they are fine but they are all blends and this is pure C8 which is what i was looking for all along. This is incredibly potent for using in my coffee and its great to see another offering on the market that delivers a quality product that you can actually see through a clear package! It is more expensive than the MCT oil blends that offer C8 & C10 mix but its worth and this brand is great. The other oils on the market are decent but they just don't have the purity and potency that is offered with the Brain Fuel. Watch out for some of the other MCTs that contain C12 Lauric Acid, its not as good for your energy levels.”

I’m already an MCT Oil drinker and i transitioned to this product without issue, in fact i think i get slightly better results. Typically I’ll have this with my morning coffee and some saturated fats like heavy cream or a stick of butter. I’ve been a MCT consumer for a while now and i’ve experimented with ketogenic diet and ketones to fuel my body and brain.
