“I switched to Kiss My Keto a little less than a week ago. So far so good. I don't notice any difference in how I feel or anything, I'm just glad it's all C8 or caprylic acid. I am trying on the recommendation of someone else. I think it costs a little more than the other brand but supposed to good quality and sourced well so maybe you get what you pay for, and, in this case, very good it seems.
